Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Actuary or related discipline.
At least 1-3 years of working experience, At least 1 year in Compensations
Good problem solving and analytical skills Self-motivated and able to contribute individually as well as part of a team
Advanced Excel skills, Workday (or similar HR system) knowledge preferred, proficient Microsoft Office skills
Performs a variety of analytical and administrative activities supporting the execution of compensation programs and processes for all legal entities in Mexico and International locations; and provides support to assigned client groups in understanding, applying and following compensation policies and guidelines to ensure compliance.
1 Performs foundational activities, under general direction, contributing to efficient administration of base pay, variable pay plans and compensation policies and processes.
2 Assist with execution of recurrent compensation processes like Quarterly Bonus, Bring to Minimum, ABPR, STI, LTI, Salary Structures, and Profit Sharing in Advance performing assigned tasks under general guidance.
3 Prepares and provides information for survey participation and assists in developing reports and analysis from surveys and special studies to monitor market competitiveness.
4 Audits employee information regarding compensations plan eligibility and informs of any variance to ensure all plans are assigned correctly and in compliance with policies and guidelines.
5 Maintains and improves tools, templates and reports by identifying opportunities to facilitate compensation processes execution by HR, Talent Acquisition and Compensation.
6 Keeps compensation communication materials up to date and available on the corresponding repository (Total Rewards Hub, OpenBar, Workday) for use of HR teams and employees.
7 Supports assigned clients groups and other service areas by acting as contact for day-to-day compensation matters, and by preparing and providing analysis assisting the Compensation leader responsible for the client group in developing solutions for complex issues.
8 Administrates the team internal controls and documentation ensuring databases, documents, files, and directories are up to date and accessible to all team members.
9 Participates in projects and analysis (company-wide, country-specific or for specific groups) as required, following agreed-upon schedules and delivery commitments.
