Job Description
Responsibilities
- Performs staff support activities to develop, implement and administer compensation policies and programs. Participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position align with Global Compensation team.
- Manage Payroll vendor and perform monthly salary payment process with team members:
new hires, terminations, status changes, tax changes, deductions, time sheet data, rate changes, retroactive adjustments and special pays. - Manage Attendance system operation maintains vacation, sick leave and worker's compensation records, compiles reports on base and premium pay.
- Local Social Insurance/Security, Labor office related documents management.
- Assist to develop C&B / payroll team staff.
- Administers proactive programs, procedures and plans related to employee relations activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Level Degree with 5 years+ of experience
- Native level of Japanese, Business level of English - Skills:
- Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a well understanding of company policies and procedures;
- Full understanding of Japan local labor law/ guidelines - Preferred:
- HR systems user experience
- Japan certification of Health Supervisor
- Japan Certification of Social Insurance Labor Consultant
Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
