Analyst - Commercial Finance (Modern Trade, E-Commerce & AFH)

Be part of the growth engine. Join our Commercial Finance team to drive financial discipline, business insights, and profitable growth across Modern Trade, E-Commerce, and AFH channels.
What You'll Do
- Manage receivables & payables - ensure credit evaluation, reconciliations, and timely payouts.
- Review pricing & trade terms (TOT) to maintain compliance and support customer negotiations.
- Partner with Sales & Marketing to analyze promotional spends and track ROI.
- Support month-end close with accurate provisioning and customer/channel/SKU-level reporting.
- Prepare MIS & customer/channel P&L and deliver actionable insights for decision-making.
- Maintain Balance Sheet hygiene and ensure accurate reporting to the Controllers group.
What We're Looking For
- Education: MBA (Finance), CMA, or CA Inter preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years in Finance/Accounts with exposure to commercial finance, receivables/payables, pricing analysis, or business partnering.
- Industry exposure in FMCG / Consumer Goods / Retail / E-Commerce is a plus.
- Proficiency in ERP (SAP/Oracle) and strong Excel/analytical skills.
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
