We are seeking a proactive and strategic Colleague Strategic Partner (CSP) Analyst to partner closely with business leaders and key stakeholders across Hong Kong. This role will report to the International CSP Manager for Hong Kong and plays a critical part in shaping and executing people strategies, talent initiatives, culture and engagement programs, and CEG projects that support both the Hong Kong market strategy and broader Global CEG priorities.
As a trusted advisor, you will combine strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities to support the Intl CSP Manager to deliver impactful people solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced, and matrixed environment. You will leverage data, business insights, and market intelligence to help leaders build high-performing teams and create exceptional colleague experience.
Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders and key stakeholders to develop and implement people strategies that support business objectives and align with the Hong Kong market strategy.
- Drive and support core CEG processes and cyclical events, including talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, and workforce planning, ensuring accuracy, timely execution, and actionable insights.
- Lead and manage multiple CEG initiatives and projects end-to-end, including planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management, execution, and post-implementation evaluation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders by providing guidance on talent, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, culture, engagement, and colleague experience.
- Build strong partnerships across the organization and collaborate closely with Global CEG Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure effective localization and execution of enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Analyze workforce data, employee insights, and business trends to identify opportunities and recommend solutions that enhance talent attraction, retention, engagement, development, and organizational performance.
- Monitor external market trends, labor market dynamics, industry best practices, and emerging workforce developments to provide insights and recommendations that inform people strategies and business decisions.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve CEG processes, policies, and practices to enhance operational effectiveness and colleague experience.
- Support organizational change initiatives and help leaders navigate change with effective communication, engagement, and implementation strategies.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as required.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in a Human Resources Business Partner, HR Generalist, or specialist role.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes across a highly matrixed organization.
- Experience supporting financial services, professional services, or other highly regulated industries, with exposure to talent strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
- Understanding of Hong Kong employment legislation, HR practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven project management experience with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations.
- Ability to challenge existing approaches, drive continuous improvement, and effectively manage change.
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of how people strategies contribute to organizational performance and business outcomes.
- Ability to leverage external market intelligence, industry trends, labor market insights, and competitive benchmarking to inform talent and workforce strategies.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential matters.
