The Analyst – Change Enablement supports the successful adoption of enterprise technologies by developing and executing change enablement activities that help employees effectively embrace new tools, processes, and ways of working. This role serves as a liaison between business teams and Information Technology Services (ITS), helping to assess change impacts, gather stakeholder feedback, develop communications and training materials, and drive user adoption for technology initiatives across ALSAC.
The Analyst partners with business leaders, product teams, and technology stakeholders to understand business needs, improve processes, and support technology implementations that advance organizational goals. This position plays an integral role in ensuring employees—including remote users—are prepared, supported, and equipped to successfully navigate change.
The ideal candidate is collaborative, customer-focused, highly organized, and passionate about helping people adapt to technology-driven change.
Essential Job Functions- Support the development and execution of change enablement strategies and plans for enterprise technology implementations and enhancements.
- Partner with Product Teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and ITS teams to support successful technology adoption and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, assess organizational readiness, identify change impacts, and support mitigation planning for technology-related changes.
- Gather and analyze feedback from end users and stakeholders to improve adoption, user experience, and implementation outcomes.
- Design, develop, and maintain training materials, digital learning resources, job aids, communications, knowledge articles, and other change support resources.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and other change enablement activities for new and existing technologies.
- Create and execute communication plans that build awareness, understanding, and engagement throughout the change lifecycle.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities to improve business processes and leverage technology to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize process analysis and continuous improvement methodologies to evaluate, document, and enhance business processes impacted by technology initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, communicate, and validate business requirements for changes to processes, policies, and systems.
- Monitor adoption metrics, training effectiveness, and user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and sustained technology adoption.
- Support change champion networks and stakeholder engagement activities to reinforce adoption and long-term success.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong customer service and stakeholder relationships.
- Travel approximately 10–15%, as required.
- General knowledge of business technology systems and computer applications.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Understanding of Change Enablement/Change Management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience supporting technology implementations within a structured change framework (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or hybrid approaches).
- Ability to create change-related deliverables including communications, training materials, digital learning guides, job aids, and AI-enabled support resources.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, Visio, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and digital learning tools.
- Knowledge of business process analysis and process improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar approaches.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, Education, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5–7 years of experience in change enablement, change management, organizational development, training, business analysis, process improvement, technology adoption, or related disciplines.
- Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations and organizational change initiatives preferred.
- Prosci Change Management Certification preferred.
- Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience developing digital learning content and measuring adoption outcomes.
