A Day in the Life:

Change & Adoption Analyst enables the successful introduction and sustained use of capabilities delivered through the Digital Intelligence franchisee success platform. Working across the global franchise business, the role helps markets and franchisees understand what is changing, prepare for implementation and adopt new data, technology, analytics, AI and automation capabilities in a consistent and practical way.

Reporting to the Director of Digital Intelligence, the role supports the Director and Digital Intelligence Managers across assigned roadmap initiatives. The role translates delivery plans into structured change, communication, training, readiness and adoption activities, ensuring impacted stakeholders are engaged early and prepared for launch.

Working closely with Franchise Growth, Product, Technology, Data, Finance, regional teams and franchise stakeholders, the role will coordinate change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, market readiness, training support and launch communications. The role will maintain clear visibility of adoption risks, readiness gaps, feedback and follow-up actions, escalating issues to the accountable Digital Intelligence Manager.

This is a hands-on change delivery role requiring strong organisation, communication and stakeholder coordination. Success will be measured by the quality of market preparation, clarity of communications, completion of readiness and training activity, and the extent to which delivered capabilities are embedded into day-to-day franchise operations and contribute to measurable value realisation.

Change Planning & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Support the development and execution of practical change and adoption plans for assigned Digital Intelligence initiatives
  • Identify impacted stakeholder groups and coordinate engagement across global, regional, market and franchise audiences

  • Coordinate market engagement activities, tailoring the approach to the scale, complexity and readiness needs of each initiative and market
  • Build feedback forums with franchisees and internal stakeholders, ensuring concerns, dependencies and adoption barriers are captured and reported to accountable owners

Communications, Training & Readiness:

  • Develop clear communications that detail the purpose, benefits, impacts, timing and required actions for each change
  • Assess training and capability needs and coordinate the development, scheduling and delivery of supporting materials and sessions with subject-matter experts
  • Maintain market and franchisee readiness plans, checklists and status reporting, ensuring prerequisites, local actions and support requirements are visible
  • Support pilot activity, launch preparation and go-live execution, coordinating communications, training completion, feedback and post-launch follow-up
Adoption, Measurement & Continuous Improvement:
  • Track readiness, engagement, training completion, usage, feedback and agreed adoption indicators, highlighting gaps and required interventions
  • Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback from franchisees
  • Coordinate reinforcement activity where adoption is below expectation, including targeted communications, refresher support and stakeholder follow-up
Portfolio Coordination:
  • Integrate change, readiness and adoption activity into initiative charters, delivery plans, milestones and governance routines
  • Provide status updates to the Director of Digital Intelligence and Digital Intelligence Managers, escalating readiness or adoption risks early
  • Work within agreed governance and brand standards, ensuring materials are accurate, consistent and approved by the appropriate accountable owners

  • Experience supporting business change, technology adoption, implementation or transformation initiatives
  • Experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple functions, markets or business units
