This is an Individual Contributor/Sr Assoc Level role that will be responsible to perform analysis, process mapping, process re-engineering and implementation of tech solutions within the organization. The successful candidate must be able to conduct evaluations on internal automation products of TaskUs to ensure it maintains a high level of accuracy, usefulness and relevance to the business objectives it aims to support.
The successful candidate must be able to cultivate a culture of continuous process improvement across the Service Delivery-facing functional areas of TaskUs, such as Workforce Management, Business Intelligence, Learning Experience, Recruitment and Operations.
Responsibilities
Analyze and map existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Propose and implement process re-engineering solutions to optimize workflows.
Conduct rigorous evaluations of internal automation products. This includes assessing their accuracy, relevance, and overall effectiveness in meeting business goals.
Utilize data and analytics to inform decisions related to process enhancements and the performance of automation tools.
Skills and Qualifications
With at least 3 years of experience in driving or leading process improvement initiatives, project management or similar disciplines on a global scale. A detail-oriented leader with a passion to drive changes and influence improvements in the current processes.
Experience in the BPO industry as a frontline agent, Team Leader or Quality Assurance Specialist with direct exposure in process alignment or instructional design. Where this experience does not exist, the candidate must have a high inclination to think outside the box and solve problems by exercising sound judgment, careful analysis and coordination with functional teams.
Proven ability to analyze complex processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop data-driven solutions.
Knowledge in business process improvement tools,, change management, process training, knowledge transfer management, SLA and performance management in a BPO or similar service environment.
Has the initiative to propose process improvements based on information provided, and where information does not exist, have the inclination to determine quantifiable root causes of problems and arrive at a proposed solution that will be applied on a global level.
Must have above average oral and written communication skills and is able to interact with confidence across all levels of the organization (frontline teammate to Senior Leaders). Has high aptitude on Stakeholder, Risk, Change and Project Management.
Must show balance of working cohesively within a team environment, able to manage both vertical and horizontal hierarchies while at the same time be independent and self-sufficient.
