Job Description:

The Global Client Group (GCG) leads Dimensional’s efforts to acquire long-term client relationships and increase the firm’s reach in the marketplace. Team members work closely with both institutions and financial advisors to offer focused, specialized support and ensure the delivery of a consistently impeccable client experience. The Analyst, Business Tools is responsible for the development and support of several sales enablement products at Dimensional, including the global CRM system and email automation tool. As process and project contributors, Analysts interface with internal business users and Technology partners to meet firm and department priorities.

This position sits within the GCG Operations’ Business Tools team, whose mission is to enable the CRM ecosystem to drive the business processes and insights needed to create a holistic view of Dimensional’s global client relationships. The GCG Operations division supports the day-to-day operational needs of the Sales group in the areas of business insights, technology product management, intermediary relationships, client onboarding, reporting, and administrative support. 

 Responsibilities: 

  • Triage and provide product support for global users across various sales tools within the CRM ecosystem
  • Partner with Technology and vendors to determine root causes of problems and perform functional analyses, providing sensible and deliberate solutions to users
  • Create, update, and follow process runbooks as needed
  • Effectively communicate product activities, presenting in small forums and team meetings
  • Proactively identify data gaps and eliminate discrepancies, while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Liaise between business partners and technology, understanding how to collaborate with various groups effectively
  • Contribute to projects in a business analysis function by documenting and testing functional requirements
  • Build relationships with global sales teams and other departments to develop a robust understanding of business processes, data, and client service offerings

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-2 years’ experience in business analysis, operations, or technology support, including internships 
  • Strong analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills
  • Effective communicator, both in writing and verbally
  • Display extreme attention to detail
  • Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn
  • Dedicated team player with the ability to work independently 
  • Focused on customer needs, with the ability to build trust and confidence
  • Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office, Excel (pivot tables, vlookups), etc. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (or similar CRM software) and testing tools (ex. JIRA) a plus 
  • Understanding of Agile principles and experience in the Financial Services Industry a plus
