Job Description
To analyse and review operational processes to identify potential opportunities for improvement impacting the operational areas within the Wealth International Business. To design, test and implement solutions in order to streamline and address any operational system failures.
Qualifications
- Completed Matric
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer science or related
Experience
- 5 and more years of Business Systems Analysis or related professional experience
- Knowledge of SAP, Business Objects. Power BI reporting tool. SQL Server management studio & Data Tools experience
- Extensive experience with using Analysis tools including JIRA, Confluence, FIGMA, DevOps, etc
- Experience in developing process flows, data flows and diagrams to support solutions.
- Experience in gathering and analysing requirements impacting data-intensive applications/systems and building solutions for fulfilling those requirements as well as management of these requirements in an Agile way. Jira and Confluence experience
- Knowledge of database and data warehousing concepts. Experience working on projects that follow an Agile project methodology
