About You
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Business Planning team. As a Business Planning Analyst, you will play a crucial role in data management, requirements analysis, and system maintenance. The ideal candidate is proficient in data analysis, has a strong understanding of business processes, and is adept at leveraging technology to drive operational efficiency.
Your day-to-day
1. Strategic Support & Presentation:
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for the Executives to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Assist in developing materials for board meetings, client presentations, and strategy reviews.
- Summarize key findings and recommendations for presentation to senior management or external partners.
2. Data Management & Reporting:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze data-related requirements.
- Identify and rectify data quality issues to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Develop dashboards and reports for key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze trends and patterns in data to provide valuable insights for decision-making.
- Create detailed reports and summaries to highlight findings and recommendations.
3. Tracking:
- Implement data tracking mechanisms to capture and record identified data points.
- Regularly review and enhance data tracking processes based on feedback and evolving requirements.
- Clearly define specific data points that need to be tracked.
- Define how data points are related and contribute to overall tracking goals.
4. Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose improvements.
- Support change management initiatives and track their effectiveness.
- Document best practices and ensure knowledge transfer across teams.
5. Systems:
- Act as a key point of contact (PIC) for systems and platforms.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, security, and proper system usage.
- Champion the use of systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT teams to address system-related issues and improvements.
6. Communication & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a liaison between the Executives and other departments, ensuring seamless communication.
- Prepare and review documents, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the Executives.
Your-Know-how
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting.
- Experience with implementing and improving data tracking processes.
- Familiarity with systems and platform management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
