Job Overview
Is responsible for support and production of data insights and reports by providing to cross-departmental teams competitive and marketing insights support. Will be responsible for the effective collection of data on the competitive and landscape, competitive pricing comparisons, content auditing, and the assembly of weekly, monthly and quarterly analytical reports as required.

• Monitor and synthesize a variety of metrics and industry news, and effectively communicate analysis and insights to a wide range of audiences.
• Ongoing industry and media research.
• Report production and presentation of competitive intelligence analysis.
• Respond and produce additional ad hoc reporting analysis requests and assignments as required.

Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree Business, Statistics, Economics, Marketing or related field. (Required)
• - Prefer 2+ years experience related to business intelligence.
• - Experience in conducting and communicating data-driven analyses; proven experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis and report writing.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Communication Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills. (Required)
• Attention To Detail Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills. (Required)
• Communication Excellent communication skills. Comfortable interacting with and presenting to management, and peers in various departments. (Required)
• Quantitative Analytics Strong quantitative analysis skills and high proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications. (Required)
• Project Management Strong organizational and project management skills (Required)
• Microsoft Office Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint and Word required. (Required)

Base Pay Range: $66,900 - $120,600

Corporate Bonus Target: 10%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
