YOU WILL BE:
The Senior Analyst will primarily be responsible for leveraging data and visualization to create actionable insights that deliver value across contact center operations and enhance customer experience. The analyst will be interpreting data from various sources, identifying trends and providing actionable insights which will play a critical role in making data-driven decisions and continuous improvements in Saks Global contact center. By utilizing data analysis methodologies, the analyst will contribute to enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing resource allocation and ultimately improving the overall customer experience.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
● Build, enhance, and maintain Tableau/Google dashboards that track business
KPIs, operational metrics, and performance trends.
● Write efficient SQL queries (joins, CTEs, window functions, performance tuning) to pull and transform data from multiple systems.
● Build concise and clear reports summarizing findings and recommendations,
communicating them to stakeholders and management.
● Create automated reporting processes to reduce manual work and improve
turnaround time.
● Ensure data validation and accuracy across reporting layers.
● Partner with business owners and cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable reporting solutions.
● Provide ad-hoc analysis to support key strategic decisioning.
● Maintain documentation of reporting logic, data sources, and dependencies.
● Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
● 2-3 years of experience in Business Reporting and Intelligence.
● Bachelor’s degree in either Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
● Advanced SQL proficiency: query optimization, complex joins, analytical
functions.
● Strong hands-on experience in Tableau and other next gen reporting tools:
calculated fields, parameters, actions, data blending, performance optimization.
● Proven track record of using data analytics to drive business results.
● Conduct thorough analysis of key performance metrics, including customer
engagement to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
● Strong Communication Skills and stakeholder management.
● Contact Center/Retail domain experience is an added advantage.
