We are now looking for an Analyst, Business Accounting and Reporting to join our Finance and Control team for a permanent position. The position is located in Tampere, Finland or in Wroclaw, Poland.

What you will do
Be responsible for delivering compliant and high-quality Business Accounting and Reporting services for paper business, taking into consideration group, statutory, and tax aspects with solid expertise in certain area
Collaborate closely with Business Control and other stakeholders, acting as a link between financial control and business controlling, and providing relevant business insights,
Support the financial control organization in complex paper business area specific matters, especially with mill specific requirements
You will prepare and support other teams with transfer pricing calculations and ensure timely posting requests and intercompany invoicing in cooperation with Finance teams
Contribute to finance transformation activities and development initiatives to improve Business Accounting and Reporting quality and processes
Who you are
You are a self-directed finance professional with a solution-oriented mindset. Your analytical skills, record to report process understanding and co-operation capabilities contribute to the success of the whole financial control organization.
You have knowledge of and experience in accounting and reporting processes
You are analytical and able to understand, structure and validate complex calculations, processes and data flows
You collaborate effectively and build positive working relationships, with a flexible and open approach in a global environment
You are able to work under pressure and lead/adapt changes
You have strong communication skills and collaborate effectively with Finance teams and business stakeholders, with a proactive and constructive attitude towards change and continuous improvement
You are motivated to learn and adapt to evolving business needs
You are confident working with data and systems; experience with ERP environments (e.g. SAP ECC and or S/4) and advanced Excel skills are expected, while other tools such as PowerBI are considered an asset
Fluency in English is required; Finnish is an advantage
You have at least a bachelor’s degree in finance
Experience of similar industry and business processes are considered as an asset
