The Analyst, Benefits is responsible for supporting Concentrix Total Rewards strategy by evaluating, analyzing, implementing, and administering benefit programs that align to our business strategy and are designed to attract, reward, and retain highly qualified employees.

  • Analyze and implement the organization's benefit programs including, but not limited to, health and welfare plans, retirement plans, executive benefit programs, local allowances, voluntary benefit programs, discount programs or benefit technology and tools
  • Gather, maintain, analyze, and report on various types of benefit information and data to assist management in effective decision making, develop clear visuals to communicate findings
  • Partner with stakeholders to implement innovative, creative, and proactive benefit solutions that are consistent with the organization's overall strategies
  • Reviews and approves benefit coverage and costs as required by local authorities
  • Execute design, testing and implementation and ongoing file management of the benefits programs and processes
  • Responds to requests for information as required by the leave process and monitors process/benefits impact throughout the entire leave cycle
  • Review and approve proposed benefit adjustments for compliance/adherence to established guidelines, policies, and practices
  • Evaluate programs and reviews trends, changes in legislation/regulation, and/or advancements in technology to make recommendations for changes and improvements
  • May assist with participation and analysis of global or local benefit surveys

Qualifications:
  • 2 - 4 Years of Experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
  • Experience with Workday preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills; Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.
  • Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure in a virtual environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret.

The base pay range for this position is USD $24 - $32 per hour (pay rate will not be below applicable minimum wage) plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
