Summary:
In this role, you will report to the Director of Audit Quality and Rreporting (AQR), and will exercise a key role in supporting development and enhancement of Audit Services’ data & analytics capabilities to boost effectiveness and efficiency. You will solve problems, provides recommendations, and assist in the selection of alternatives to impact the bottom line. You will join a collaborative team environment, participate in multiple projects, and communicate professionally with all stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

Perform analyses, assist in developing processes, projects, and solutions based on research and technical skills. Use multiple data sources to develop new capabilities, identify issues, and create solutions.

Cooperate with internal teams to understand company initiatives to leverage and/or build data sets, digital solutions, AI, ML, RPA, etc. Understand the implications of using different databases/systems and determine which are appropriate for various analyses with the guidance of a senior analyst.

Use technical knowledge and expertise to communicate: complex errors, issues, and solutions into understandable terms and actionable projects to stakeholders considering their specific needs.

Support quality and improvement efforts to ensure following of guidelines, performance of sufficient work, clear communication of issues, and meeting customer expectations.

Assist in addressing management needs by capturing, summarizing, and providing information to leaders while maintaining and improving the quality of relationships with key stakeholders.

Assist in research, stay aware of industry changes, challenges, issues, and integrate that knowledge for customer benefit.

Build strong internal relationships focusing on customer service, integrity, and professionalism.

Assist in managing projects by helping define scope, create user stories, establish timelines, coordinate tasks and resources, and monitor progress to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications:

Relevant degree preferred.

2 or more years of relevant experience required.

General Awareness competency level related to IIA Competency Framework© preferred.

Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Exercise sound judgment to provide unbiased advice during consultative reviews/projects.

Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL, PowerBI, Aqua Data, Python, or Tableau) is a plus.

Understanding of Group Purchasing, analytical applications / systems.

Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $41,500.00 to $74,700.00.
