Location:
New York, NYThis is a global role, covering brands’ digital site performance in all markets. In addition to providing recurring reporting, this role will also have opportunities to conduct ad hoc exploratory analyses that provide deeper understanding of digital content and audiences.
As Analyst, Audience Analytics, you thrive on solving complex business data challenges with both technical skill and human-centered collaboration. You’re fluent in SQL and comfortable with Python (or eager to learn), but you also recognize that data must be accessible where stakeholders work most—often in spreadsheets. With a practical command of Google Sheets (or Excel, with a willingness to learn Sheets), including advanced functions like query and array formulas, you make data usable and actionable.
You know that meaningful insights arise from conversations as much as from queries. You build trust with collaborators—including fellow analysts who rely on your technical expertise—while fostering open, thoughtful questioning. In an industry defined by constant change and emerging opportunities, you bring clarity and calm. Because not every problem has a simple, binary solution, you excel at engaging deeply with complex questions and delivering well-structured datasets that enable insights to move the business forward—even when the answers are nuanced or evolving. This is a Guild position.
