About the Job

This role is part of the Investor Experience vertical within the India Operations Center of Excellence, participating in end-to-end investor lifecycle execution across onboarding, client services, due diligence questionnaires, and investor request fulfillment. The role drives service excellence, deep domain ownership, and transformation through system alignment and AI-enabled workflows.

What you will be doing
  • Act as a primary point of contact for PE fund clients (GPs and LP investors) on day-to-day operational queries — capital calls, distributions, NAV, account balances, statements, and tax reporting.
  • Perform full onboarding lifecycle for PE corporate clients — GPs, LPs, fund vehicles, SPVs, holding companies, feeder/master structures — from intake through go-live.
  • Own continuous improvement of recurring investor deliverables and bring optimizations with standardization and automation
  • Partner with Fund Accounting, Tax, Compliance, and Treasury to resolve client issues end-to-end; own follow-through and timely closure.
  • Build a culture of deep SME expertise across investor workflows, including documentation standards, controls, and audit readiness
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex investor issues and drive resolution with clear stakeholder communication
  • Identify recurring query patterns and partner with Operations and Technology to drive process and self-service improvements (FAQ, portal enhancements, templates).
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
Qualifications & Experience
  • A master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a similar discipline.
  • Strong client-facing communication, both written and verbal; able to translate operational details into clear answers for sophisticated investors.
  • 3+ years of experience in investor services, client operations, onboarding, or related functions within asset management/financial services
  • Understanding of private markets/investment products and investor servicing expectations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on precision and quality
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization
  • Professional certifications such as ACAMS are a plus
