As an Analyst in our Infrastructure team, you will provide critical support across the investment lifecycle, including valuation, due diligence and portfolio management.

This role is ideal for a driven individual with a passion for infrastructure investments, offering an opportunity to develop skills and gain exposure to a variety of investment opportunities in a collaborative, high-performing environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in evaluating and executing new infrastructure investment opportunities
  • Support senior team members in deal sourcing and origination
  • Build and update complex financial models to value companies and evaluate potential investments, including conducting sensitivity and scenario analyses to assess returns under different assumptions
  • Research and analyse market trends, industry developments and macroeconomic factors that may impact investment performance
  • Support senior team members during due diligence including managing external advisors
  • Prepare investment committee papers and presentations to support decision-making processes
  • Provide support during deal execution, including liaising with various stakeholders
  • Form an independent view about the attractiveness of an investment opportunity
  • Assist in ongoing monitoring, performance-tracking, value-enhancement and divestment of investments
  • Prepare periodic reports and presentation materials for investors
  • Support annual audits, valuations, etc.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or related field
  • Advanced degree or relevant certificate (e.g., CFA and CAIA) a plus

Experience

  • Ideally at least 2 years of relevant experience in private equity/credit, investment banking, corporate finance, project finance or infrastructure advisory
  • Previous experience working on transactions in infrastructure sectors (e.g., energy, telecom, transport and utilities) highly desirable
  • Knowledge of infrastructure regulatory environment a plus

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong valuation knowledge and financial modelling skills, with ability to work complex models
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Personal Attributes

  • A self-starter with strong work ethics and genuine interest in infrastructure investment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Mastery of second or third Asian language will be advantageous

Skills Required
