Title and Summary
Analyst, Analytics & Metrics-2
The Global Statistics / Quarterly Mastercard Reporting ("QMR") group is responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of Mastercard's operational performance, inclusive of providing thought leadership to continuously evolve Mastercard's internal and external reporting of key metrics. The QMR group is responsible for collecting and validating data in an accurate and timely manner while adhering to tight timelines, performing various procedural controls and maintaining high standards for data integrity. As a core member of the QMR team you will participate fully in all QMR "Close" activities and assist in operational process management, development and improvement, including analysis of existing needs.
Role• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral • Support collection, validation, and reporting of quarterly operational reported data• Leverage analytics to analyze customer reported data to ensure no revenue leakage• Provide analytical research across QMR and switched activity for management discussions• Deliver advanced, detailed, persuasive customer performance data analytics• Support projects related to all operational metrics/drivers and associated revenue• Effectively communicate inquiries with customer to quickly resolve open issues• Provide customer support and training related to QMR topics to both internal and external customers• Clear and concise documentation with internal systems for tracking inquiries• Support quarterly QMR business update to regional finance teams• Key contributor for developing and testing system enhancements/process improvements

Six Sigma certifications a plus.• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail• Excellent customer service skills• Excellent PC skills including Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook, as well as the ability to quickly learn internal applications
