Analyst - AI Transformation Office

Qualifications:

• A. in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2–3 years in a business or analyst position
• Working knowledge of enterprise systems and data (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle) and core business processes
• Familiarity with AI assistants such as Claude and a strong interest in applying them to business problems
• Exposure to AI-assisted and agentic development tools such as Claude Code, Devin, or Windsurf a plus
• Tableau or similar data visualization experience preferred
• Investigative ability, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational, oral and written communication, and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage several projects at once and work independently to meet deadlines

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $64,400 - $80,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

A Brief Overview:

As an Analyst in the AI Transformation Office, you will work alongside the Applied AI team and business users across WWT to gather and analyze the data behind AI initiatives so teams can make better-informed decisions. You will help drive awareness, enablement, and adoption of AI across the business by translating business questions into analytical and solution requirements, serving as a knowledge owner for the processes and data in your area, and connecting user needs to emerging AI tools and techniques. Detailed, timely communication and consistent execution are critical to your success in this role.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide expertise and proactive analysis for process design, revision, implementation, and improvement, identifying where AI can help
• Recommend AI tools and software enhancements
• Support new AI initiatives from start-up — gathering and communicating business requirements, working directly with business users, and participating in execution and rollout
• Partner closely with business users to discover their information needs: data, reports, and analyses
• Translate business questions into reporting, analytical, and AI solution requirements
• Serve as a knowledge owner for the processes, data, and AI use cases in your area
• Lead simple to moderately complex sessions to analyze, diagnose, and resolve varied problems using a range of methods, tools, and resources
• Advise on solution design alternatives and business process change opportunities
• Connect user needs to emerging AI technology to acquire or design tools, techniques, and approaches that deliver optimal results
• Lead root cause analysis and resolution for complex problems
• Participate in designing end-to-end AI solutions with the business, IT, and other stakeholders
• Work with engineers and technical counterparts to translate business asks into technical solutions
• Use AI assistants and agentic development tools (such as Claude, Claude Code, Devin, or Windsurf) to accelerate analysis, prototyping, and delivery
