Finance Accounting
This role plays a key part in ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting and finance, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-growing company.
What You'll Do

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Support the monthly and quarterly financial close process, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial and statutory tax reports.
• Execute and maintain key internal controls, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and other relevant financial regulations.

Accounts Payable & Vendor Management

• Assist with accounts payable and invoice collection to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Manage and oversee the preparation and approval of weekly vendor payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Payroll & Employee Compensation

• Prepare payroll data, including timecards, expense reimbursements, benefits-in-kind, and special payments.
• Ensure accurate new employee setup, including collecting 101 forms, employee personal data, and coordinating with the pension agent.
• Responsible for the collection and submission of pension and study fund forms to the payroll vendor.

What You'll Need

• Degree in Accounting, Finance. Professional accounting certification like CPA preferred.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in operational accounting, payroll, or financial reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus. Strong organizational skills and accuracy in handling financial data and reporting.
