Overview
• This position offers the opportunity to manage all aspects of the Mastercard relationship supporting the key account manager for a regional bank in Southeast Asia.• The position requires a self-motivated, commercially pragmatic, business developer with strong relationship management and influencing skills to partner with customer and Mastercard.• The ideal candidate will be one with strong execution focus, preferably possess Payments/ Cards from an Issuing / Acquiring/ Network experience.
Role• Support the development and execution of annual account plans and objectives.• Assist in managing customer accounts and support account growth initiatives through regular engagement and business reviews.• Build and maintain strong working relationships with key decision-makers at customer banks and internal Mastercard stakeholders.• Manage contractual commitments and obligations from long-term partnership commitments.• Coordinate cross-functional team participation in support of customer objectives.• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity assessments to support customer growth and loyalty initiatives.
