What You’ll Do
Design and analyze mixed-signal and RF circuits, especially for low-power wireless communication
Lead or contribute to analog/Mixed-Signal block tapeouts with high-performance expectations
Integrate analog IPs into SoCs and oversee the verification and validation processes
Collaborate closely with firmware, board, and testing teams
Work across the entire IC lifecycle - from schematic to layout to tape-out and lab validation
What We're Looking For
Required:
B.Tech in Electronics or related field with 2+ years of mixed-signal/analog IC design experience
CGPA of 9/10 in B.Tech, or 9.5/10 in M.Tech (if applicable)
Strong understanding of analog and RF circuit design fundamentals
Experience in tape-out of RF ICs and leading block or chip-level designs
Familiarity with simulation and layout tools (e.g., ADS, LTspice, Cadence)
Proficiency in test automation (e.g., Python, LabVIEW), PCB tools (Eagle, Altium)
Excellent debugging, communication, and documentation skills
Required:
Publications in top conferences (ISSCC, JSSC, VLSI, CICC)
