Responsabilidades principales
Implementar estrategias de atracción innovadoras que respondan a los desafíos actuales del mercado laboral.
Gestionar procesos de selección end-to-end para perfiles estratégicos
Promover prácticas inclusivas que favorezcan la representación de distintos perfiles, géneros, culturas y trayectorias.
Colaborar con áreas de Comunicación, Marca Empleadora y Diversidad para generar campañas de atracción con impacto.
Utilizar datos y analytics para optimizar los canales de búsqueda y la calidad de las contrataciones.
Investigar y proponer mejoras continuas en herramientas, tecnologías y plataformas de reclutamiento.
Ser referente interno de las áreas, en temas de experiencia de candidato y buenas prácticas de reclutamiento ágil.
