• Saúde Organizacional e Estrutura: Suportar projetos de redesenho organizacional, incluindo estruturas, alçadas, papéis e responsabilidades. Analisar e desenhar modelos operacionais e organogramas, monitorando indicadores críticos como span of control e layers.
• Mapear, documentar e analisar processos de ponta a ponta (AS-IS / TO-BE), identificando gargalos, redundâncias e oportunidades de automação
• Conduzir diagnósticos de maturidade operacional e propor planos de evolução estruturados.
• Atuar como facilitador na identificação de casos de uso para automação de processos (IA generativa, fluxos inteligentes)
• Disseminar cultura de melhoria contínua e inovação operacional na organização.

- Conhecimento Técnico: Domínio conceitual e prático de teorias e princípios de Organização e Processos (desenho de estruturas organizacionais, análise de span e layers, mapeamento de processos).
