Analista Sr Campañas Especiales

El Analista es responsable de garantizar la correcta ejecución y validación de la información en las bases de datos de ventas, así como de elaborar reportes y dashboards que reflejen el desempeño de las campañas de Mantenimientos Prepagados (MPP) y Financiamiento de Productos Adicionales (FPA). Este rol combina habilidades analíticas, operativas y de liderazgo, siendo clave para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales. Además, proporciona información precisa y oportuna que permite a la Coordinación tomar decisiones estratégicas basadas en datos confiables.

Responsabilidades Principales:

• Validar las ventas de MPP y FPA, asegurando su correcta integración en las bases de datos.

• Elaborar reportes diarios de resultados para la Coordinación.

• Verificar la correcta carga de productos en Ekip.

• Solicitar y enviar comprobantes de pago a agencias.

• Realizar monitoreos de llamadas para asegurar la calidad operativa.

• Diseñar y mantener dashboards de seguimiento.

• Fungir como referente operativo del equipo, proviendo el cumplimiento de objetivos.

• Apoyar directamente a la Coordinación en el análisis de resultados y ejecución de estrategias.

Requisitos del Perfil:

• Formación Académica: Licenciatura en áreas económico-administrativas, comunicación o afines.

• Experiencia Laboral: De 1 a 2 años en puestos similares como analista o roles relacionados.

Conocimientos Técnicos:

• Manejo intermedio de Excel y PowerPoint.

• Elaboración de reportes y dashboards.

• Conocimiento de sistema Ekip

Guardias:

• Guardias 1 al mes (únicamente sábado) de 9 a 2:00pm
