What will you be doing here?

Converter análises e resultados históricos em estratégias fundamentadas em dados concretos, mensuráveis e orientados para decisões assertivas, impulsionando o desempenho e a inovação do negócio

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Sua missão será construir análises voltadas a jornada e comportamento do cliente atrelados a performance do negócio, utilizando testes de hipóteses, construção de novos indicadores, alavancas de KPIs estratégicos e aceleradores de recorrência (CRM), visando potencializar o resultado e crescimento do canal.

Buscamos um profissional com perfil analítico, inovador e resiliente, com capacidade de construir relações e interface com demais áreas.

Requisitos essenciais:

- Domínio de Databricks e experiência com SQL ou Phyton.

- Excel e Apresentações Avançado

- Tableau ou Power BI Avançado

- Habilidade para transitar entre áreas defendendo as propostas e novas estratégicas para o canal

Diferenciais:

- Conhecimento com KPIs estratégicos (Conversão, recorrência, Ticket Médio, Tráfego)

- Capacidade de transformar dados em histórias (storytelling)

- Vivência em áreas de Growth ou Analytics, com foco em análises de negócios

- Domínio em Espanhol
