You will work in Mondelēz International Digital Services and help us deliver an impeccable service experience with your customer focus and meticulous attention to detail in administrative tasks. In this role, you will ensure that processes are adhered to and documented.
How you will contribute
Be responsible for the day-to-day administration and operation support for processes in your area of responsibility and will deliver them within agreed to deadlines and ensure service quality is maintained. You will ensure that all activities comply with standard operating procedures and legal requirements, including data privacy considerations and work with other team members to ensure that end-to-end processes are efficient and accurate, including data input and maintenance. You will deal with access requests/issues and identify and act on continuous improvement opportunities.

El analista de sales administration es el responsable de la gestión diaria y el soporte operativo para los procesos de administración de ventas, entregando las tareas dentro de los plazos acordados, y garantizando que se mantenga la calidad del servicio. De igual forma, garantizar el suministro de información confiable y de calidad, además del soporte y acompañamiento al equipo de ventas en toda la necesidad de documentación que se requieran para que se cumpla la estrategia que se tiene con cada uno de los clientes.
Responsabilidades
  • Gestionar que todas las actividades cumplen con los estándares operativos y los requisitos legales, incluyendo los requerimientos de protección de datos.
  • Trabajar con otros miembros del equipo para garantizar que los procesos son eficientes y precisos de principio a fin.
  • Elabora documentación según alineación con legal, KPIS aprobados por el área de Sales Controlling, Commercial Finance y la debida recepción de firmas para repositorio de los Acuerdos Comerciales, bajo los parámetros de las políticas de compras y la documentación soporte que se requiere de control interno.
  • Apoyar el proceso de seguimiento para liquidación de incentivos de la fuerza de ventas.

Requisitos
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia profesional en procesos administrativos en el área comercial en empresas de consumo masivo
  • Deseable experiencia en procesos de liquidación de incentivos y elaboración de acuerdos comerciales.
  • Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (Excel - Intermedio-avanzado/Word/ PowerPoint)
  • Inglés Intermedio
  • Título universitario en áreas como Administración, Negocios Internacionales, Marketing, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
  • Habilidades analíticas y atención al detalle.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir plazos establecidos.
