Summary
Under general supervision, this position is responsible for global day-to-day activity and reporting. Day to day support includes PO validation, policy compliance, customer service inquiries and continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting requests include system integrity validations, reviewing failed reports and running ad hoc reporting for the business.
Important to note that this role has a Global scope of activities.
Responsibilities
1
Address business unit inquiries regarding purchase requests, purchase orders, invoices and payments; escalating issues to management as required
2
Address internal inquiries regarding AP and Procurement related policies, procedures and systems
3
Review and approval of purchase requisitions
4
Provide AP and Procurement training support for the business units or suppliers as required
5
Responsible for developing self-service guides / tools to reduce volume of inquiries
6
Responsible to meet department requirements as defined in the Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
7
Job aid review and continuous end user enhancement support
8
Cover additional tasks as required by management
9
