We are currently seeking a Analista NMAC to join our team. This role is responsible for Answer customer calls from Nissan and Infiniti customers seeking assistance with matters related to their vehicle lease or financing agreements.
A day in the life of this role:
-Answer calls from Nissan and Infiniti customers.
- Provide support and resolve questions related to their vehicle financing or lease agreements.
- Explain payments, account balances, due dates, and contract-related services.
- Follow up on customer requests and deliver courteous and efficient service.

Mandatory Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Advanced English level.
Desirable Requirements:
Experience in call center environments, providing customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive customer experience.
