Digital Marketing Analyst
About the Role
This position is part of our in-house agency.
You will be involved in designing the digital strategy and will be responsible for executing and monitoring the brand content strategy, as well as managing the social media community for one of our B2B and D2C brands, in collaboration with the marketing team.
From your role, you will contribute to the brand’s strategic planning and digital operations through research, identifying opportunities, and analyzing behavioral patterns to continuously optimize digital execution and exceed objectives.
You will work closely with different teams and the digital media agency to track the performance of digital communications, channels, and the most efficient investments.
Your role will also require constant monitoring and identifying opportunities through social listening, trend tracking, and competitor benchmarking.
Additionally, you will ensure compliance with social media KPIs and develop tactical audiovisual content, reporting formats, and trending strategies aligned with business objectives.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement communication and social media campaigns aligned with marketing strategies.
- Create engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts.
- Track digital KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement, and execute optimization initiatives.
- Work closely with marketing and digital teams to exceed brand growth objectives across digital channels.
- Monitor and report on online comments and reviews.
- Organize and participate in events to build community, enhance brand awareness, and generate engaging content for our audience.
- Align efforts with marketing, public relations, and communication teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Stay in constant communication with marketing and digital departments to integrate brand updates into the strategy.
- Build relationships with clients, potential customers, and industry professionals.
- Stay up to date with digital and technological trends.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business administration, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in digital marketing, social media, and public relations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as you will be the face and voice of our brand in the digital community.
- Team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
- English B1.
