- Familiaridade com a Reforma Tributária (Emenda Constitutional nº 132/2023, regulamentações e impactos do IBS, CBS e Imposto Seletivo). Conhecimentos sobre a DERE-Declaração de Regimes Específicos.
- Domínio da legislação referente à Lei Complementar 116/03 - Campo de incidência, local de tributação, exceções, enquadramento de serviços e Instrução Normativa RFB n. 1234/2012.
- Experiência com apuração de ISS-Imposto sobre Serviços, IRRF-Imposto Retido na Fonte auto retenção (serviços de administração convênio e convênio refeição).
- Conhecimento na análise de serviços tomados e respectivos tributos retidos na fonte: IRRF, ISS, INSS, CSLL.
- Apuração de tributos incidentes sobre operações de mútuo e empréstimos: IRRF e IOF.
- Conhecimentos na legislação de serviços e intangíveis contratados e prestados ao exterior e apuração dos tributos incidentes: IRRF, CIDE, IOF, ISS e Pis/Cofins Importação.
- Experiência na legislação do ICMS para suporte às equipes de negócios voltados para os produtos de abastecimento e manutenção veicular.
- Acompanhamento e manutenção das certidões de regularidade fiscal (CND RFB, Trabalhista, FGTS, Certidões Municipais e Estaduais) e manutenção do SICAF.
- Experiência no atendimento à Intimações, Notificações e Fiscalizações na esfera Federal e Municipal, e atendimento à auditoria externa.
- Acompanhamento da legislação Federal, Estadual e municipal.
- Prática na elaboração e entrega de obrigações acessórias: EFD Reinf, DCTF WEB, MIT, DIMP, DIRB.

Skills Required
- Familiarity with Brazil's tax reform, including Constitutional Amendment 132/2023, IBS, CBS, Selective Tax, and DERE declarations
- Knowledge of Complementary Law 116/2003 and RFB Normative Instruction 1234/2012
- Experience calculating ISS and IRRF, including self-withholding for administration and meal voucher agreements
- Knowledge analyzing purchased services and applicable withholding taxes, including IRRF, ISS, INSS, and CSLL
- Experience calculating taxes on mutual operations and loans, including IRRF and IOF
- Knowledge of legislation and taxation for services and intangibles contracted from or provided abroad, including IRRF, CIDE, IOF, ISS, and PIS/COFINS Importation
- Experience with ICMS legislation supporting fuel and vehicle maintenance business teams
- Experience maintaining federal, labor, FGTS, municipal, and state fiscal compliance certificates and SICAF
- Experience responding to federal and municipal subpoenas, notices, inspections, and external audits
- Ability to monitor federal, state, and municipal legislation
- Experience preparing and submitting ancillary tax obligations, including EFD-Reinf, DCTFWeb, MIT, DIMP, and DIRB
