What will you be doing here?

A pessoa atuará na estrutura de suporte da equipe de Contas a Pagar. A principal missão será atuar como uma ponte entre as retenções na fonte e os processos de pagamento interno. No dia a dia, as atividades incluem:
- Operação e Suporte: Tratar de rotinas de contas a pagar e tributação (foco em impostos indiretos e sobre serviços, como Imposto de Renda, INSS retido na fonte e ISS).
- Relatórios e Análises: Apoiar na construção de relatórios periódicos e no manuseio de planilhas para a realização de análises.
- Automação e Notas Fiscais: Suportar processos de automação tributária e de inclusão de Notas Fiscais, realizando a validação de notas e o acompanhamento da volumetria de inclusão e erros.
- Novas Tecnologias: Auxiliar na implementação de novas ferramentas e uso de Inteligência Artificial para captação de notas e subida de arquivos.
- Interface e Parceria: Interagir diretamente com o BI do grupo, áreas contábeis, Tesouraria e prestar suporte claro aos clientes internos.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

• Formação: Graduação em andamento ou concluída em Ciências Contábeis.
• Excel: Domínio intermediário a avançado.  
• Conhecimentos: Noções de contas a pagar e impostos/retenções na fonte.  
• Diferenciais: Vivência anterior em instituições financeiras, conhecimento em sistemas ERP e familiaridade com Inteligência Artificial.
