The Role

Objetivo del puesto:

Conjuntar, capturar y revisar la información necesaria para el procesamiento y pago de sueldos, salarios y prestaciones del personal empleado y sindicalizado de acuerdo a su localidad; Garantizar la aplicación y presentación de avisos de altas, bajas y cambios a las diferentes instituciones (SSC, Seguros de Auto, Seguros de Gastos Médicos Mayores, etc).

Requisitos:

Escolaridad:

Licenciatura: Lic. en Contaduría Pública y Auditoría, Lic. Administración de Empresas o afín.

Conocimientos específicos:

Conocimientos básicos de la Ley Federal del Trabajo, IMSS, Infonavit, nóminas, etc., Office (Excel Avanzado, Word y Power Point).

Experiencia:

Recursos Humanos: Nóminas, Servicios al Personal

Responsabilidades:

  • Conjuntar, capturar y revisar las incidencias de pago de nómina tales como tiempos extras, diferencias de salario, gratificaciones, ayudas, etc., en los diferentes sistemas tales como Kronos, sistema ADP y hojas de cálculo.
  • Aplicar movimientos de alta de personal Hourly (Workday)
  • Soporte a supervisores en autorizaciones de tiempos extras, vacaciones, permisos, etc.
  • Solicitud de transferencias y/o cheques de finiquitos
  • Solicitud de tarjetas de activación y/o reposiciones de tarjetas de nómina y bonos despensa.
  • Obtener del sistema de nóminas y/o POWER-BI reporte de indicadores de ausentismo, tiempo extra y rotación del personal
  • Solicitud y revisión de cálculos de finiquitos
  • Aplicar movimientos alta y bajas al sistema de control de accesos, asi como la impresión de credenciales.
  • Aclaración de pagos de incidencias de nómina.
  • Mejora continua a través del proceso de innovación (aportar, dar seguimiento e implementación de ideas)
  • Entrega cuentas para revisión de recibos de nómina (desbloqueos).
  • Conocer y Asegurar el cumplimiento de los controles operacionales y/o instrucciones de trabajo de los sistemas de Calidad, Ambiental, Seguridad e Higiene.
