O Analista Recebimento Fiscal SR será responsável por lançamento de Notas Fiscais, materiais, serviços e importação, com conhecimento de impostos, efetuar conciliações contábeis, assegurando que os saldos financeiros estejam corretamente registrados, monitorar e analisar indicadores financeiros, a fim de gerar insights para a melhoria dos processos.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

O Analista Recebimento Fiscal SR será responsável por lançamento de Notas Fiscais, materiais, serviços e importação, com conhecimento de impostos, efetuar conciliações contábeis, assegurando que os saldos financeiros estejam corretamente registrados, monitorar e analisar indicadores financeiros, a fim de gerar insights para a melhoria dos processos.

Desafios: Gestão de processos críticos, necessidade de gerenciar múltiplas tarefas e prazos, simultaneamente, mantendo a qualidade e entregando dentro do cronograma estabelecido.

Principais atividades:

Lançamento de Notas Fiscais;

Conciliação de Contas Contábeis;

Controles SOX;

Atendimento de auditoria;

Atender chamados dos clientes através da plataforma de atendimento, garantindo SLA e qualidade da informação;

Participação em projetos com envolvimento de processos de Recebimento Fiscal;

Melhorias e Automação de Processos;

Construção de Indicadores

Governança de Processos

Experiência em SAP

Experiência em Análise de Dados

Espanhol Intermediário a Avançado
