Job DescriptionOur unit price analyst will be responsible for:
-Shadow calculation of scope of work defined for tenders for civil, electrical, and mechanical works for internal projects for our real estate and infrastructure, to determine real costs of materials, labor, financing, and utility, through the use of data matrices in the OPUS 16 program, to obtain realistic project cost at market level.
-Generation of comparative tables of quotes received by civil works, electrical and mechanical suppliers, to collaborate in the assignment of projects.
-Participation in negotiation with suppliers to obtain a reduction in the costs of services executed by our facility management teams to ensure that the purchase of services is made with competitive prices in the market, for all sites in Mexico.
-Presenting results of monthly savings, to ensure compliance with the goal of saving by reducing department costs, through the preparation of graphs to calculate department indicators.
Qualifications- Completed university studies in the area of architecture, civil, mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent
- Experience in analysis of unitary prices in the construction industy for industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of how to develop detailed scopes of work
- Experience in negotiation with suppliers.
- Management of OPUS 16 and Microsoft Package, Excel, Word, Power Point.
- Experience in similar positions (2 to 3 years).
