Job Description Summary: Pesquisa Quantitativa || Job Description: Responsabilidades:
- Atender ao cliente, desde recebimento do briefing da pesquisa, envio e recebimento de materiais;
- Responsável por receber as solicitações e apresentar resultados, podendo ser o ponto focal de comunicação para tirar dúvidas do cliente;
- Acompanhar o projeto como um todo, fazer a interface com RDM, acompanhar os prazos do cronograma do projeto e cumprir todas as etapas pertinentes ao estudo;
- Executar as etapas pertinentes ao CM no projeto, como elaborar questionários, apresentações com os resultados do estudo, analisar os resultados, gerar insights acionáveis para o cliente, bem como desenvolver estudos “deep dive” para investigar hipóteses específicas.
- Recurso focado prioritarimente no atendimento da conta de Natura
Requisitos:
Experiência anterior com análise de dados quantitativos e gerenciamento de projetos.
Formação: Ensino superior completo nos cursos de Administração, Publicidade e Propaganda e/ou Marketing.
Inglês avançado (escrita e conversação), espanhol será considerado diferencial.
