A equipe de Aftermarket da Wabtec Super Metal está comprometida em gerar valor para clientes, operações e pessoas através do desenvolvimento de soluções inovadoras baseadas em aprendizado rápido, protótipo e escalabilidade contribuindo para a sustentabilidade da empresa. O foco é o cliente, onde deverá muni-los de informações, manutenção em equipamentos locados e de aquisição e celeridade no fornecimento de peças e serviços.
Como você fará a diferença?
Como membro da equipe de Aftermarket, você será responsável em desenvolver propostas comercial de peças e serviços a clientes, fazer o controle consolidado de pedidos bem como seus respectivos faturamentos, aumentar a disponibilidade operacional dos equipamentos monitorando toda a frota de locação com regularidade nas manutenções preventivas rodoviárias e ferroviárias, fazer a gestão de horímetros e seguro da frota, coordenar locações dos NVX bem como plano de manutenção e estoque estratégico.
O que queremos saber sobre você?
• Possui graduação ou estudando Administração, Engenharia de Produção ou Engenharia Mecânica.
• Experiência em atendimento de Pós-Vendas e garantias.
- Experiências com equipamentos de manutenção de via ferroviária.
• Se comprometer em estudar inglês
Como será o seu dia a dia?
• Você fará parte das atividades orçamentárias e faturamentos de peças e serviços de equipamentos de manutenção de via tanto da frota de locação quando de equipamentos vendidos.
- Acompanhará diariamente a disponibilidade dos equipamentos da frota de locação com controle de horímetro bem como planejamento de manutenções.
- Emitirá requisições/PO para componentes de ativos e vendas.
- Dará todo suporte necessário a equipe de campo quanto ao planejamento dos serviços, contato com cliente, aquisição de componentes e faturamento.
- Fará a gestão direta dos NVX locados através de planejamento de manutenções e estoque estratégico.
- Fazer a gestão de garantias através de análise de falhas e resolução dos problemas
- Realizar visitas aos clientes acompanhando desenvolvimento dos equipamentos e fomentando a venda de serviços e peças
