Principais responsabilidadesConfigurar e executar disparos de campanhas de marketing utilizando Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Desenvolver e acompanhar automações na plataforma, utilizando SQL.
Criar, atualizar e analisar relatórios gerenciais para acompanhamento dos resultados das campanhas.
Desenvolver dashboards e visualizações de dados para apoiar a tomada de decisão.
Analisar indicadores e identificar oportunidades de melhoria e otimização.
Propor soluções inovadoras para aprimorar processos e resultados dos projetos.
Experiência prática com Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Conhecimento em SQL para consultas, manipulação de dados e desenvolvimento de automações.
Experiência com operação e disparo de campanhas de marketing.
Perfil analítico e facilidade para interpretar dados e indicadores.
Capacidade de identificar problemas e propor melhorias.
Conhecimento em Power BI para criação de dashboards.
Experiência na elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e análise de performance de campanhas.
Visão de negócio, criatividade e iniciativa para propor novas soluções.
Formato de trabalho: híbrido, com presença 2 vezes por semana no escritório da Marketdata, na Vila Leopoldina, em São Paulo.
