Responsabilidades Principales:
- Recabar información contable, mercantil, fiscal y legal. Organizarla y revisarla para presenta la declaración mensual de IVA.
- Recabar información necesaria para la presentación de las solicitudes de saldo a favor de IVA.
- Preparar papeles de trabajo detallados para la contestación de los requerimientos de información de las solicitudes de devolución de saldos a favor por parte de la autoridad fiscal (SAT).
- Cotejo y conciliación de pedimentos de importación. Cruce con contabilidad y bancos.
- Preparar la DIOT mensual de proveedores.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los asesores externos y áreas internas de la compañía.
- Apoyo en tareas relacionadas al IVA a otras plantas de la organización.
- Soporte en auditorias de la autoridad fiscal.
- Apoyo al Shared Service Center de Contabilidad en tareas específicas.
- Participar en las capacitaciones de conciencia de ISO 14001 & 45001
Requerimientos
- Licenciatura en Contabilidad / Finanzas / Administración de Empresas.
- Experiencia en saldos a favor de IVA
- 1 a 3 años de experiencia en puesto similar
- Manejo de SAP (Deseable)
- Manejo de algún ERP (SAP, Oracle, Contpaq, etc.)
- Inglés intermedio (Deseable)
- Paquetería Microsoft Office
- Plataforma SAT
