Job DescriptionResponsável pela coordenação interna dos consolidados Gateway.
Acompanhar os processos operacionais relacionados as cargas consolidadas (LCL), garantindo eficiência, conformidade e excelência no processo.
Atuar em parceria com terminais, armadores, transportadoras e escritórios da Expeditors na origem e destino, assegurando o fluxo adequado das operações de importação e exportação.
Coordenar o consolidado, desde o acompanhamento da chegada no terminal, estufagem, booking com o armador, envio de draft, etc.
Realizar follow-up com Terminais, Armadores e Escritórios Expeditors.
Emitir e conferir documentos de MBL.
Controlar prazos e custos operacionais, buscando eficiência e redução de desvios.
Alimentar sistemas internos e garantir a atualização de status dos embarques.
Atuar em conformidade com normas aduaneiras, políticas internas e requisitos dos clientes.
Apoiar áreas comerciais com informações técnicas e operacionais.
QualificationsExperiência prévia em operações LCL (Importação e/ou Exportação).
Conhecimento em documentação internacional e processos de agenciamento de cargas.
Inglês avançado.
Habilidade com sistemas de gestão logística e pacote Office.
Perfil organizado, proativo e com boa comunicação.
