Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Development Analyst (PL) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development of new products and improving existing ones, ensuring they meet market demands and company objectives.

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analyze industry trends to identify new product opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product concepts and strategies
  • Create detailed product specifications and requirements documents
  • Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of products
  • Analyze product performance data and make recommendations for improvements
  • Coordinate prototype development and testing processes
  • Present product concepts and progress reports to stakeholders and management
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of product development processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Design, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in product development or a related role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights
  • Proficiency in product development methodologies and project management techniques
  • Experience with prototyping tools and product lifecycle management software
  • Excellent data analysis skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for creating user-centric products
