Job DescriptionEstamos em busca de um profissional dedicado para integrar nossa equipe como Analista de Desembaraço Aduaneiro de Exportação. O candidato ideal deverá ter sólida experiência na área, com um perfil dinâmico e voltado para a melhoria contínua dos processos, contribuindo para a eficiência das operações de exportação e satisfação dos clientes.
Principais responsabilidades:
Analisar os documentos necessários para o processo de exportação;
Emissão de nota fiscal de saída;
Controlar o fluxo do processo de exportação desde a coleta no armazém do cliente até a entrega da carga no porto/aeroporto de embarque;
Atender os prazos estipulados pela corporação e clientes;
Manter a organização e atualização de registros em sistema interno, incluindo documentos e comunicações.
Qualifications
Modelo de trabalho híbrido: duas vezes no escritório em Cajamar.
Experiência profissional comprovada de 02 anos ou mais na área de desembaraço aduaneiro de exportação;
Ensino superior em Comércio Exterior, Relações Interacionais, Administração ou áreas correlatas;
Conhecimento em inglês em nível avançado;
Domínio em pacote office (Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote, PowerBI) será um diferencial;
Experiência na utilização de sistemas de gestão de despacho aduaneiro (ImportSys, Ellas, Ecomex, entre outros);
Organização e capacidade de trabalhar em equipe.
