The Role

Atividades
 . Contribuir e implementar melhorias contínuas de processos, incluindo simplificação e otimização de processos e integridade das informações

.  Controlar as atividades diárias  dos Ativos Fixos e apoiar nas atividades de  Custos, Contabilidade  e FP&A.

. Reconciliações das principais contas do balanço para que estejam preparadas em tempo hábil com as evidências de suporte necessárias para garantir que os números sejam representados com precisão. Recomendar e implementar ações corretivas necessárias para melhorar as lacunas.

. Identificar riscos de controles internos e implementar processos e controles para mitigar esses riscos para garantir que a empresa mantenha um ambiente de controle robusto e conformidade com regulamentações e políticas financeiras.

. Acompanhar todo o processo de ativos fixos mantendo o registro completo com todo o suporte documental adequado, garantindo a capitalização oportuna dos mesmos  e tendo excelente controle da conta CIP sem saldos antigos.

. Liderar o planejamento e a tomada de inventário de ativos fixos de acordo com a política, garantindo que todos os ativos sejam etiquetados e claramente identificados

. Fornecer suporte às atividades de FP&A na preparação do plano de orçamento anual e do processo de orçamento de previsão mensal contínua para poder analisar e interpretar o desempenho da planta avaliando variações e avaliando os efeitos nos resultados da planta.

 . Foco em iniciativas de redução de custos

 . Cumprir com os programas de treinamento e educação de acordo com o cargo e as atividades diárias.

  . Participar da Avaliação de Necessidades de Treinamento

  . Análise dos custos das NFs de entrada de Fornecedores

  . Acompanhamento e Controle dos Contratos de Serviços Indiretos, para que os mesmos esteja sempre ativos e no prazo de validade

  . Preparação do Workaround do processo de fechamento

  . Apoio geral nas rotinas de Fechamento mensal

Requisitos mínimos

Formação superior em Contabilidade ou Administração de Empresas

Inglês Avançado – Escrita e Verbal

Experiência mínima de 5 anos na função, preferencialmente em multinacionais

Office – Excel, Word e Power Point
