- Atender as solicitações e demandas de compras e serviços de todo o grupo ALS no Brasil referente a categoria específica.
- Fazer o followup de todas as compras confirmadas junto aos fornecedores até a realização da entrega e lançamento de nota fiscal.
- Apoiar no controle de insumos críticos para as operações da Geoquímica no Brasil.
- Garantir o desenvolvimento de novos fornecedores e parceiros.
- Garantir melhores condições de compras de acordo com os procedimentos internos de Saving e DPO.
- Utilização do módulo de compras e estoque no ERP, TOTVS-Protheus, segundo procedimentos internos.
- Auxiliar na realização de inventários de estoque de cada unidade, segundo procedimento.
- Preencher relatórios, portais e planilhas segundo demandas do setor.
- Desenvolver e implementar novas soluções, para os problemas e desafios identificados no setor de atuação.
- Cultivar uma forte interação entre as áreas de Logística, Operações, Recursos Humanos e Comercial.
