Atuação como Talent Partner de Negócio

 

Conduzir processos seletivos de média complexidade end-to-end, atuar consultivamente com gestores, garantir excelente experiência do candidato e apoiar melhorias contínuas e métricas da área.

 

Requisitos:
- Superior completo em Administração, Psicologia ou áreas correlatas
- Experiência em R&S end-to-end, com entrevistas por competências
- Inglês intermediário (avançado é diferencial)
- Conhecimento de indicadores de TA (ex.: funil, time-to-fill, SLA) e análise básica de dados
- Perfil hands-on, comunicação clara, organização e senso de prioridade

 

Responsabilidades:
- Alinhar perfil e estratégia de atração com gestores
- Realizar sourcing, triagem, entrevistas por competências, avaliações e negociação
- Garantir feedbacks consistentes e ótima experiência do candidato
- Acompanhar e reportar métricas de recrutamento, sugerindo melhorias
- Apoiar padronização de processos, ferramentas e rotinas
- Mapear mercado e manter pipeline ativo para posições chave

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology or related fields
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment (R&S) with competency-based interviews
  • Intermediate English (advanced preferred)
  • Knowledge of TA metrics (funnel, time-to-fill, SLA) and basic data analysis
  • Hands-on profile, clear communication, organization, and sense of priority
