• Realizar análises detalhadas de dados de vendas;
• Desenvolver e manter dashboards e relatórios de Business Intelligence (BI) para monitorar o desempenho de vendas e outros indicadores-chave de desempenho (KPIs);
• Identificar e analisar falhas operacionais e de atendimento ao cliente, propondo melhorias baseadas em dados para aumentar a eficiência e a satisfação do cliente;
• Preparar apresentações e relatórios executivos com insights e recomendações baseadas em dados para a alta gestão;
• Utilizar ferramentas de CRM e outras plataformas analíticas para extrair, manipular e interpretar grandes volumes de dados;
