Objetivo do Cargo:
Atuar como referência técnica no processo de admissão, garantindo o cumprimento de prazos, a consistência das entregas, o tratamento de casos complexos e o suporte à liderança da célula. Contribui com a melhoria contínua dos fluxos, com o desenvolvimento dos colegas e com a experiência do cliente.
Responsabilidades Principais:
- Realizar tratativas técnicas e críticas relacionadas ao processo de admissão (ex: admissões retroativas, reintegrações, ajustes sistêmicos);
- Validar os cadastros realizados por outros membros da equipe, sinalizando erros e oportunidades de melhoria;
- Atuar diretamente com o cliente (Mercado Livre) na resolução de dúvidas ou demandas específicas sobre admissões;
- Acompanhar indicadores operacionais e de qualidade (SLA, retrabalho, produtividade), propondo ações corretivas;
- Participar de auditorias internas ou externas, preparando documentação e garantindo a rastreabilidade dos processos;
- Identificar e propor melhorias nos fluxos e nas ferramentas utilizadas pela célula (checklists, planilhas, tickets);
- Apoiar a coordenação na padronização de procedimentos, orientando colegas em situações operacionais;
- Atuar como elo entre a operação e a liderança para escalonar riscos, gargalos e ajustes de processo.
Requisitos Técnicos:
- Ensino superior completo em Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;
- Experiência comprovada em processos de admissão ou administração de pessoal, preferencialmente em CSC;
- Conhecimento de plataformas de RH, sistemas de cadastro e legislação trabalhista aplicável à admissão;
- Conhecimento e vivência no sistema SAP/HCM
- Domínio de Google Workspace (Planilhas, Documentos, Gmail) e capacidade de organização de dados e relatórios;
- Serão considerados como diferenciais: conhecimento em eSocial e interfaces de integração entre sistemas de cadastro e folha e idioma: Espanhol

- De segunda a quinta-feira: das 13h45 às 22h30
- Às sextas-feiras: das 16h00 às 02h00 do sábado subsequente
