Analist II QC-AC
De functie
De Analist II QC-AC rapporteert aan de Lab Coach Product Lab QC-AC en werkt binnen een team van 10-15 FTE’s bij Quality Control Analytical Chemistry (QC-AC). Het team is verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van fysische en chemische testen op eindproducten en stabiliteitsmonsters.
De Analist II QC-AC is verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren en reviewen van fysische en chemische testen op eindproducten, stabiliteitsmonsters en overige productie gerelateerde monsters.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Uitvoeren van analyses op eindproducten, stabiliteitsmonsters en overige productie gerelateerde monsters.
- Review van analyseresultaten.
- Signaleren van afwijkingen.
- In staat om resultaten kritisch te beoordelen en afwijkingen te signaleren;
- Het opstellen/updaten van GMP-documenten.
- Het trainen van ander laboratoriumpersoneel in kwaliteitscontroleprocedures en protocollen.
- Bijdragen aan de continue verbetering van kwaliteitscontroleprocessen en procedures.
- Zorgdragen voor algemene orde en netheid in werkruimtes en handhaven van 5S.
Vereiste opleiding, werkervaring en vaardigheden
- Opleidingsniveau: minimaal een hbo-diploma in Analytische Chemie of een vergelijkbare richting
- Affiniteit met geautomatiseerde analytische systemen en software, signaleren en (mede) oplossen van storingen of afwijkingen in systeem of software.
- Kennis van spectrofotometrie technieken.
- Grondige theoretische kennis van alle relevante analysemethoden en technieken binnen het takenpakket van het team.
- Goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden.
- Zelfstandig, besluitvaardig, kritisch en nauwkeurig.
- Uitstekende beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal.
- Beschikbaarheid: het betreft een functie van minimaal 32 uur per week (80%).
