attributes enable the team to respond to the evolving demands of our business.
How would an intern contribute to the team’s success:
The intern will utilize their technical expertise to collect, interpret, and provide insights into product data,
thereby improving the Supply Chain’s ability to make educated data driven decisions. The intern will
engage in collaborative coding, testing, and debugging with seasoned developers, directly impacting
feature enhancements and bug resolution within our Supply Chain systems. Simultaneously, they will
delve into pioneering technologies and development methodologies, leveraging their fresh insights to
elevate our software products.
An example of a typical project would be:
Engineering team projects are focused on improving, maintaining existing product information systems
and implementing new technologies and processes to support Product Development and Supply Chain
areas. Potential projects include modernizing Amway’s Regulatory Reference solution, expanding AI/ML
models to improve data quality and usability in Product Lifecycle Management system, and identifying
new methods to improve data flow between Supply Chain systems.
